Heyo! As promised, The Waste Lands cover has been completed. Basically what I went for here was a maze-like circuit board creating a skull. In The Waste Lands, the heroes are confronted and must overcome an insane presence inhabiting electronics, computers, and most importantly, the one train that can cross the Waste Lands. I’ve always seen covers for The Wastelands depict the train as a coal-driven locomotive when it’s actually an electric mono. I can understand the choice to alter it (locomotives look much grimier and altogether a little more intimidating) but it always kind of puzzled me when reading the book. Anyway, I’ve chosen here to nix the train image altogether and make it about the sinister presence behind the train. I hope you all agree!

Anyway, this piece was really fun to do and I can’t wait to show you guys the next one. Enjoy!
